“I really like the look and feel of the classic le Creuset saucepans, although personally I don’t find the newer Signature edition at all attractive. More importantly perhaps these are robustly made, cook evenly as claimed, thanks to the aluminium layer securely embedded within the stainless steel shells, pour well and are induction compatible too. I have bought various le Creuset utensils, including saucepans exactly like these over the last ten years or so and none of them have delaminated or distorted and they still look good despite the saucepans being in daily use..This three set was bought recently as a present but they appear to be as beautiful and practical as ever. The individual price of these pans is perhaps rather off-putting but with research, the reduced price sets can make a more palatable long term investment.”
