“I've really liked these pans ever since they were originally introduced under the TriVita sub-brand name. The non-stick coating does eventually give up. Accidental overheating can also make the base bow inwards. For both those reasons my ten-year-old pans needed replacing. I'm pleased that the design is still available and has evolved with a lighter handle that is a lot less liable to tip over.”
