“Looks like a piece of art, very smart. Who on earth thought that was a good place to put the spout, kettle has to be tipped almost upside down to pour water out and make sure spout is in the centre of the cup or water will end up on the worktop. Another complaint is if the kettle has just been boiled and needs to be used before kettle has cooled be very careful lifting the lid. Why does the lid not work with a push button?. Very bad design.”
