I have made bread, pastry and a Bakewell tart filling- all turned out really well, but still fine tuning speeds, beaters etc. I splashed out and bought the cookbook, because the Kitchenaid website hasn't yet got instant chat, or good info re exactly how to achieve best results. There's a lot of contradictory stuff online, which isn't helpful.”
