“Love this toaster - such good build quality like all Kitchen Aid items. I would have given it 5 stars if it had lasted longer. It just decided not to work one morning after 4 and a half years loyal daily service! It was a shame to see it go as it still looked like new!”
“Only 1 side of the bread toasted, Dawsons Dept. store were excellent in a replacement, the following day following my complaint. The new toaster seems better but not as expected with uneven toasted sides. Will give a few days to see if there is an improvement. Amazed as all write-ups praised this Kitchenaid toaster.”
