“This hand mixer is exactly what I had been looking for. The lowest speed starts off sugar and butter so well without throwing the mix out of the mixing bowl which my old mixer frustratingly would do. The half rubber/silicon coated whisk beaters makes mixing so much quieter than full metal ones which is such a great idea.The only negative is I found the cable very stiff and not very pliable and got in the way a bit when mixing, hoping with use will loose the kinks in it from being wound up during it packing”
