Ordered a Candy Apple Kitchen aid Coffee Grinder to match my other Kitchen aid devices. Received a black one which was obvious in its marking on the box so why send it to me? Then DPD sent to pick it up which they did last Thursday and heard nothing since? Not happy!
DPD stated needed address to send it to clearly visible but no information provided even after sending two further emails to customer services - no reply to date.”
