“I would have liked this to be a bit taller. Drinks cool down very quickly in this, which I suppose is helpful as no handle to stop you burning your hands! But at first it is too hot to handle as not insulated enough. Like the idea of handleless, to wrap my hands around a hot drink ... but it is either too hot or too cold!”
