“I ordered 3 white Denby dinner plates which arrived in reasonable time.
Two of the plates were fine but one obviously had a very visible flaw.
There is a black mark which looks as if it appeared during the glazing
process or was already there and then glazed over.
It was disappointing but as I needed the plates immediately I accepted
it as it was even though I was not happy about it. The other reason that
I did not make a complaint was because I had accidentally destroyed all
the paper work.”
