“Course was ok, but not very stimulating. You need to look at the slides and check the spelling of the text, also block capitals are very difficult to read and not very easy for people with literacy difficulties.”

“I had to pay twice to get my certificate as it would not allow me access from my email account. So instead of£9.00 it cost me £18”

“Everything was clearly explained in easily understood language. I found it quite difficult to navigate through the pages, it was not intuitive. There were a few spelling mistakes and typos. Content ***** Application **”

“i had trouble with the IT. Twice it stuck at the end of unit 4 and I had to start all over again. I changed from iPad to desktop and then it worked. This meant it was quite stressful. In the end all was well. I did ask you for help and advice which was given and worked”
