“I got sent a battery that was scratched and broken. It was missing the lock to lock it into the the bike, and was also too big for my e-bike, despite the description saying it was for the e-bike I owned. I called Customer service over 10 times and they were very unhelpful. Do not recommend buying from here, unreliable and unwilling to help.”
