“I purchased a swifty Liberte e-bike a couple of weeks ago and it came within a few days of ordering and Parcelforce kept me updated on the delivery date and time so I was there when it arrived. The delivery man was very helpful. The bike was double-boxed and was in good condition and the tyres were not flat. Sadly I had to return the bike (so I did not unpackage the bike to test it out - but my first impression is that the bike looks very good, strong and sturdy and in pristine condition) due to a change in my circumstances and work travel arrangements as I wanted to use the bike to help make the commute to work easier for me. The customer service from ebikes.co.uk has been excellent from start to end and I encountered no problems. Ebikes.co.uk were true to their word and the cooling-off period was adhered to. I returned the bike to their offices in person and it was lovely to be greeted by friendly and helpful staff. They refunded me the full amount of the order the same day and overpaid me as I had ordered some other items (to use on my manual bike) which I told them I wanted to keep, so I am trying to arrange to return the surplus money to ebikes.co.uk. When my circumstances change I would definitely go back to ebikes.co.uk for a new e-bike as they are very good value for money and there was always someone on the phone or email to communicate with. If I had a problem with any bike I feel confident that they would communicate with me and resolve it easily and that is why I would buy from them again.”
