“Ordered as it was in stock, no word for 10 days, had to contact them who said it wasn't in stock and will issue a refund in 5 days. Poor to have said it was in stock in the first place, put to have not communicated that it was not in stock, poor to only talk about a refund after I contacted them and poor to take 5 days to issue a refund, which is actually 15 days!”
