“Still yet to have an update on my bikes dispatch never-ending it performance. I called customer service and the attitude on her was just abismol all with a polite manner! The website said dispatch within 48 hours! " where did you see that on the website" she said!! I'm I like your manager to point out text you should already know yourself? Em nope! Where is my bike?! Or my money? I'm not paying no additional fifty just to be kept updated! 2 more days b4 refund be requested!!!”
“Very well made bike but the battery doesn't last very long, I use it for work which is 6 miles each day and I have to charge it every 2 days because on the 2nd day the battery has gone down to 1 bar when I get home”
