“I made a mistake about delivery, I thought it was 48 hours but I misread it, I phoned up to enquire when my bike would arr and was told a day, I replied that I was going away, the lovely lady I was speaking to said she’d go to the warehouse to see what she could do and would ring me back.
I no time at all, she rang back and told it would be delivered by Thursday, however it turned up today.
The bike is fantastic, along with the customer service I received (sorry I can’t remember the the lady’s name).
I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying an e bike.”
