“This would be a 5-star review for this eGlide City Folder as it is an amazing eBike and very well made and comfortable to ride. Delivery was very prompt and well packed.
However, the battery was defective and wouldn't charge even though the Charger was working
Therefore I could only use it as a normal bicycle.
The battery and charger were sent back under warranty.
Now 6 weeks later and after 4 chases up calls it still hasnt been tested to ascertain the fault and be replaced under the warranty
That is why only 2 stars give 1 star for a defective battery and the 2nd star for poor service. Definitely not happy with them”
“Excellent updates on a quick delivery.
Nice looking bike although is rather heavy, not sure i would be able to lift into a car.
Mostly made up, had a friend do the extra adjustments. Battery charging gets extremely hot not sure if I should be concerned about that.
As yet not used much but seems fine.
I would definitely use ebikes again”
“i purchased an e-glide power-assisted bike and it took 2 weeks to arrive, upon arrival and unpacking i found the new bike to be damaged on the main folding mechanism, so have been unable to ride the bike.
Customer support has been attentive and is awaiting the collection of the bike, so unable to give a better review yet. watch this space”
