“Finally I recieved my bike today, due to a parcelforce error who delivered it to the wrong address and it went missing. Customer service was so helpful & understanding and a replacement bike was sent out.
The bike is amazing I already have this bike at our caravan in Wales so wanted one for home, the bike is in fully working order with no marks or scratches, can finally start cycling my daughter to school now. Would definitely recommend this company as they have been so helpful after parcelforces incompetence. And the bike is exactly as described.”
“I’m so impressed. It arrived very quickly in exceptionally good condition with few marks and it looked like it had never been on a road and you could have believed it was an ex demo model from a shop window. The bike itself is absolutely brilliant and such value for money it absolutely speeds along and the third mode makes pedalling totally effortless and and hills a breeze and its far more powerful than I was expecting. The three modes allow control over how much help I want and allow me to get some good exercise or pedal with minimal effort. It folds away easily and it’s lovely and light compared to last few ebikes and walking mode means I can push it along easier . It’s so comfortable and light to pedal even without the motor. For a refurb the battery life seems acceptable and I haven’t had many teething issues so far . I can’t recommend it enough it’s worth every penny especially considering how ridiculously cheap it was for an almost new electric bike it was almost 100 less than the cheapest model Halfords did.”
