“The original sink purchased was found to contain 2 hairline cracks. Whilst I fully accept that this was 12mths after purchase, the sink remained uninstalled and securely stored in the packing and delivery boxes. Sterling Clearwater would not consider any manufacturing defect, which makes a mockery of their "Lifetime Warranty". I only purchased another sink as it exactly fits the existing gap in the granite worktop.”

Thank you for your review. I am very sorry to hear your sink was damaged. We do advise customers to check products immediately so that we can help efficiently if there were to be any problems. I appreciate this is not ideal for you to have to re-purchase but as we reach out to customers in all of our dispatch information to check products thoroughly, 12 months would be to length a time to then be able to claim on courier damage. I do hope you like you sink now you have one fitted.
