“The bin lid came damaged twice but third was fine. The customer service was excellent and sorted lid damage very quickly. Refreshing change to speak to sane person every time. Well done. Don’t get any bigger and get like many companies on the market now, where they just don’t take responsibility and help their customers. East coast kitchen were BRILL. Thank you”
