“The product itself was good quality but the size was significantly smaller than described (I ordered 800mm external width, the product is around 710mm). Now having to return at my own expense. Given my order states 800mm width and the product was 710mm, I do not know why this review link is asking me to review a 500mm width product.”

Hello Ben, Thank you for your review. The cutlery insert is to suit a 800mm Blum drawer, which would measure 714mm internally. The description does state clearly the dimension of the tray we would send? We always add the actual dimensions for you. 800mm - 714mm - 7 Compartments. Thank you though for your purchase.
