Patricia thank you for your review. I am very sorry if you thought the tambour door was made from stainless steel. We do try and be as informative as we can on our listings and note it is advised as a stainless steel effect. Advising the tambour door material is aluminium foiled material & finished to a brushed stainless steel. The Rahau tambour door options we offer, do have more of a metal content than our premium options.
