“Phone worked ok at beginning then stopped accepting my passcode,rung Apple they couldn’t fix then had to take time off work to take it to carphone warehouse and they plugged it in to a computer and said there’s something wrong with the phone so had to send it back,now iv had to borrow a phone whilst it gets sent back plus the time I had to take off work to take the phone to get it looked at !”
