“in the deal I was told my old phone was worth £80 but when I took it to the shop (where I was told to go) they re-valued it at £55 which was really annoying”
“After looking at some of the negative feedback i almost didn't go ahead with the order, and as most of the problems seemed to be with ordering online I called up directly and ordered over the phone. The guy was very helpful and the order went thorough within 5 minutes. I read through a lot of the comments and there was a free number mentioned in many of the comments and so I rang this number rather than the chargeable number. The phone was delivered as desciped and on time! The value for money is great, my package includes a very healthy amount of data and it is a very reasonable price.. Better than going to the phone company directly. The phone setup was easy and is fully functioning.
I haven't needed to contact customer support and so cannot comment on them.
Overall very pleased so far with the phone and the package I receievd.”

Great deal on what is an iconic device. The ease of use of the camera and quality of the photos are excellent.
Functionality:
Calls are clear, particularly between 1 iPhone 6s' on the same network.
Size of the screen is a great improvement on the 5s and quality is a big step up.
My daughter uses her 6s more than her iPad Air now!
Look and feel:
My wife loves hers for the screen size, ease of use and the camera.
The quality of manufacture as with most Apple products is very good, giving the phones a premium feel.
Would recommend if upgrading from the iPhone 5 series. You could always wait for the iPhone 7 which is expected to be released in September but you will pay a lot more for it and will have missed out on months of use of a premium phone.
I suggest 64GB is the minimum you should go for.”

“The service E2save provided was great. But that of the network provider is the worst ever. I will never recommend anybody take a contract with them no matter the offer.
Now I can see why they had been recently come out as the company with the most complaints and worst customer services in the network provider from a BBC 4 radio broadcast.
