“Fast delivery but not really what i was expecting as i thought the pins would be included just not already pinned to the backs. Was surprised to see no pins at all; now i have a significant number of badge backs without any pins to go with them. Waste of money. Disappointed.”
Hello Ayesha, Sorry you are disappointed but you selected unpinned badge backs only and the description on the web page does say : Please note: If you select unpinned you will NOT receive any pins. We do sell pins separately too on this link https://www.e-badges.net/product/pins/ I hope that helps and sorry for any confusion that may have occurred.
