“Print is great. Customer service was OK. I don't think spending money on the frame is worth it. When the frame arrived, quality was much lower than I expected given the price to have it framed. Not only is it plexiglass, but the frame itself is very cheap. The clips in the back to hold the cardboard in place were broken and did not keep the print and plexiglass in place. I contacted the company to let them know that I was dissatisfied with the frame, and had I known what quality it was, I would have rather paid a local company to frame the print. Customer service responded promptly and asked if they could resend the print. I emphasized that the print itself was in great condition and nothing was wrong with it, it was the frame that was poor. Customer service sent me not one but TWO additional prints framed! How wasteful! I informed them it was the frame only, but for some reason I still received 2 additional prints framed. Now I have a total of 3 of these prints and 3 poor quality frames. Honestly, what am I going to do with 3 large heads?”
