Single cask 800179 was matured in a oloroso puncheon for 15 years. Layers of dried banana chips, caramelised muscovado sugar and honeycomb, with hints of root ginger, toffee and butterscotch. Bursting with hazelnuts, mocha and red berries, followed by heather honey, orchard fruits and cinnamon spice.
