The Rosemullion Cornish Single Malt Whisky has been aged in American oak. The nose is youthful, fresh warm pastries, it is rather heady with creamy oaky notes on a bed of malt. The palate certainly shows off the malt notes again with bright honey and a touch of tobacco and oak. The finish gives a little hint of the peated barley that has been used but you do have to search for it.
