This is a straw yellow wine with golden highlights. it has great aromatic intensity, with hints of white flowers, silken, juicy and fresh. Its flavour is reminiscent of recently packed grapes, blended with figs and dried peaches. It has a long pleasant finish, excellently balanced by its natural acidity.

“This wine is similar to sherry but is noticeably less sweet. It also has its own distinctive tang, i know not what, but i find it gives it a very distinctive pleasing flavour.”
