The grapes for this wine are harvested by night when they are fully ripe, this is done to protect their aromas and keep the fruit as whole as possible. The result is an aromatic white wine with a bouquet that is fresh with notes of lemon and grapefruit. The palate is ample and crunchy.Picpoul de Pinet from Domaine La Serre is best served at 8 degrees as an appetiser or seafood.
