“I first met this 'rum liquer' when I asked about the wonderful taste in a dessert served at one of the best restaurants in Falmouth, UK. Caramelo Rum isn't really for drinking (indeed it comes with dispenser cap rather than an open bottle top). I think of this as an excellent culinary addition to desserts, fruit and perhaps pattiserie and cream, it has all kinds of uses. The taste is light, sweet, and most definitely (darkish) rum, pervasive but not overpowering. But a bottle, you'll find yourself inventing uses for it. Max”

“Lovely stuff. I don't drink often but I do like the caramel flavoured rum. It comes in a metal vacuum flask type container, that is very strong and can be used to keep other drinks cold after the rum is gone. Price compares well with other suppliers.”
