Fortified with alcohol distilled from wine at 28. Palomino and Pedro Ximinez are racked before entering the Criaderas y Soleras system for physical-chemical ageing through oxidation in oak casks. Aged for at least six years. Slightly sweetened oloroso, or a medium sweet.Tasting notes: Brilliant amber. Intense aroma of dried nuts. Full-bodied and balanced, with low acidity. Sweet and persistent. Suggestions for consumption: To be drunk neat or on ice. Ideal as an aperitif or with pasta. .

“What can I say about Winters Tale? It's all in the glass...a memory Sitting with my mother over the years and drinking a glass of sherry. My mother is no longer with me to share a glass of this amazing sherry, but every time I have that first sip of Winters Tale I feel as though my mother is right there beside me. The memories come flooding back. Thank you Drinkfinder for being one of the few places I can purchase this amazing drink from. If my mother was still alive she would have loved Drinkfinder.
