“Device stopped working after only a few days in use. Removed battery but could not recode handset. Phoned to report problem - engineer not in the office would phone back but didn't. Very unhappy given cost of this product.”

“The master collar tank was leaking and the remote back cover was broken. This has now been rectified and I have been very happy with the service.”

“I've had a couple of these before and they work a treat especially when you have a very scavenging Labrador! One quick squirt and my Labrador looks at me every time he is thinking about eating something that's not very nice when out walking. He doesn't scavenge nearly so much. Only when I'm not looking! The Masterplus Pro spray is safe, does not harm the dog and really helps to save unwanted vets fees on all those upset stomachs! Even if you change the batteries when they need changing, the actual unit lasts about 10 years so worth the higher cost as they do last.”

“Fantastic. Cured a variety of bad habits within the first week! Dog is calmer and much better behaved. We haven't yet had to use the last button as the dog is now responsible ding to either a show of the remote or our just saying shush! Would recommend to any one with a vocal dog or a jumping up habit. A great piece of kit. Thankyou”
