“This is a good quality product that I am hoping will last a good many years. Was quite difficult to assemble in terms of getting the last bolt in and required two pairs of hands. I don't know how the assembly process could be improved as the bed surface needs to be under tension which is what makes the final assembly a little problematic.
The biggest issue is around registering the product to take advantage of the guarantee. For Europe, you have to register on the Canada/USA site and of course the form is geared for zip codes not UK address formats. I ended up on a chat session with them and still have no confirmation of the registration of the purchase. A very frustrating and time consuming process for something which should be a lot easier.”

“The quality is great, the bed is very stable, no wobbling. I wanted this as a permanent bed not a travel bed as I found the others to have a wobble. This is very sturdy, it’s just a shame my dog won’t go anywhere near it. I’m sure if I could just get him to sit on it he’s love it but he’s not ready for it yet!”
