This is the second time I have posted this review so trying again as I think good and bad reviews should be listed!
Brought 2 of the medium size crates (one for holiday home) for our 12 week 6 KG puppy to grow into.
Left crate open to get her familiar with it but from the outside puppy stood on her hind legs and put her jaw between two upright bars and gripped them and her teeth got locked and when she lowered herself off her hind legs the jaw locked further.
Luckily we were home and heard the screaming and my wife had to make the tough decision to pull her free resulting in ripping out a tooth of pups jaw.
If we had left her in the crate and gone out for a few hours not sure if pup would have survived the ordeal!
we know Puppies get into everything and this may have been a freak accident but need to report this incident and stress to customers that some crates can be the wrong size for their dog/puppy!
Crates are now in loft and £48 wasted.”
