“I found the coat very wide around the chest compared to the length of the garment. The makers did not give the chest measurements so I was not able to check first. I had to alter the width after removing the 'velcro', which I replaced with a more supple type. I have two criticisms; firstly the velcro used was too stiff, and secondly the manufacturer could give a chest measurement to make it easier to buy the correct size. Not everyone has a sewing machine and the skills to alter items. Apart from this, the coat is very smart and is light enough to fold up and take out on a walk, just in case of rain. A nice design.”

“Love the look of this coat, had the purple/grey, and well made. It would, however, be even better if there was more adjustment. I thought a medium would be big on my Jack Russell, but as he is not a standard Jack, being quite thick round the neck, the coat only just fits, and the straps round the back legs do have adjustment, but we have these on full stretch and they are still very tight. Hence the score 4 out of 5.”

“I already have a Buster winter coat, boughtfrom my local pet shop, which is excellent. I bought the same size raincoat from you but have had to alter it myself as there is no way of adjusting the size around the dog's tummy and it is far too big.”

“Nice, lightweight coat. Windproof and waterproof. Ideal for my tiny dogs. Nice range of colours, I bought 2 strawberry ones. Reasonably easy to put on (as long as the pups stay still!) The hole at the neck, for the lead attachment, is a bit small for the metal loops on the collar”
