“Works well and does not ride up over the eyes. However the material is a bit harsh on the hands. Would prefer a padded lead like a friend has. Her'son was made by a dog behaviourist.”
“I was recommended the gencon collar by another dog owner and I chanced upon doggiesolutions by a Google search. As I later discovered, the clip-to-collar is only one option, the others being without the option to clip it to the dog's collar and the collar without all-in-one lead. Only the clip-to-collar one is available from doggiesolutions and there is no mention of the other available options. Also I later found there are left-side and right-side versions and the one I received is for a dog walking on the right. As soon as I put the lead on the dog he kept jumping up and getting the lead in his mouth to bite it which immediately resulted in damage to the lead, do I can't return it. The package only shows how to attach the collar and you have to download the manufacturer's brochure for 'further information' i.e. essential information as to how to use it with your dog so that it is effective.”
