“I bought a small which is only just big enough for my cavalier king Charles spaniel. It fits well around the chest but is only just big enough around the neck.”

“The neck opening on this device is far too small and not adjustable. It stated that it would fit my dog, a Cavelier King Charles Spaniel, but it was quite distressing for her to fit it over her head. The measurement chart did not stipulate the neck size. She is only 10 months old and still has a little growing to do, so it is not as if she is big for her breed.”

Dear Kay Thorpe, My apologies the item you purchased did not meet your expectations. As stated on our product page the breed guide provided is only a suggestion supplied by the manufacturer. We do also supply a chart on the same page with the measurements of each harness so you can compare your own dogs measurements to get the best fit. “Not had chance to use it in the car yet but seems great for taking my dog for a walk on the lead although I was a bit confused with the seat belt strap which says to push it into another section which I was not totally sure of. I thought I would try the walking option so he gets used to it before I try it out in the car but looks really well made so hope it does the job in the car.”
