“Excellent quality tags with very clear engraving. However the large tags I got for the dogs collars (21mm wide) are too big now that I have seen how well the large tags fit the dogs harnesses I think the medium tags (up to 19mm) would have been better. An improvement to the web page would to have some exact measurements of the tags and the fixing slots rather than just "fits up to". Having said that I would purchase again and recommend to friends.”

“After my dad bought one for his dog, I decided to get two for my dog, one for each of his collars. We've lost tag after tag but these are solid and aren't budging! They are well worth that little bit extra, compared to a normal tag.”

“The previous dog collar my dog wore had a steel engraved tag stictched into the collar. The firm no longer exists and I have been looking for ages for something similar. This is it. A good quality, easy to slide on, well engraved (unlike some). Would recommend and have done to friends.”

“Great idea, was advised to buy large stainless steel as have a thick leather collar. It was a bit big but fitted on collar & remained in place well. However I would not recommend this tag if you have a leather collar! After a week I noticed it had rubbed the hair away on my spaniel’s neck & cut into his skin. Removed it immediately & contacted Doggie Solutions to tell them what had happened & request a refund. I sent photos & offered suggestions as to why this may of happened and how the tag could be adapted to prevent this. Sadly the response I got I felt was quite dismissive especially given the injury to my dogs neck. They said they had sold thousands & never had this issue before, which I’m really pleased to hear, as I wouldn’t want it to happen to other dogs. But that doesn’t help me or my dog. They suggested I loosened his collar, but it was as loose as it could be & I wasn’t going to put the tag back on. I fear their response is a sad reflection of life today, probably scared of admitting any liability for risk of being sued. All I wanted was a simple ‘gosh very sorry, thanks for highlighting this issue, we’ll take your suggestions on board. Here is your refund’. I persisted and they did refund the cost of the collar but I was left feeling like I wasn’t believed! Still trying to get the wound to heal have had to resort to the cone of shame!”

“We bought this for our working sheepdog as she had lost 3 metal engraved discs whilst working. The engraving is nice and clear and is a snug fit on her collar. It's only been a week since it was fitted, but it is still in place.”

“Great noiseless and rugged dog tag. I bought this as our dog’s old tags are staining his fur. It would have been nice to have a slight curvature on it to conform in his neck collar. Nonetheless, it looks good on our dog.”
