“Excellent, robust quality. Reels in and out smoothly, doesn't twist or catch. However, after just one walk, the button lock has become a two-handed operation - won't lock on just one finger push down and forward, as the top stopper won't click upwards doing that, I have to push it up with other hand. Not sure if this means it's faulty, will have to refer to instructions and maybe return for a replacement. For this reason will reduce 5-star rating to 4. Once the lock is in place tho, it's very secure. The tempory stop (just pushing down and holding the main button) works well and is easy to use though.”

“Like these leads as they are a great product bought a couple of cheap retractable leads but they didn't stand up to the job”
