The product is not as expected. I bought the extra large 'Buster' dog mattress for my arthritic German Shepherd. Although it appears to be very cushioning, in fact when you press down on it, it forms a very hard solid base. The mattress itself is not one continuous piece, it comprises five separate channels which are stuffed with lots of bits of foam(presumably) and there is no stuffing where the stitching is to create the channels. The cover is very thin and the weight of the product is very, very heavy. Although I bought the product knowing its dimensions (120cm x 100cm) a more suitable size for my big GSD would have been 120cm x 80cm, in reality it protrudes into the room far more than I expected. I want to return this product but the box/packaging it came in is of no use as the bed is vacuum packed and is now 5-6 times bigger than the box. I did lots of research and review reading on this site and others before making a decision. I now tend to agree that a lot of reviews are fake most reviews never actually mention the quality of the product just lots of cuddle cuddle, fluff fluff, cuddle cuddle! Delivery service was fine.

Big..... our dog took to it right away, we ordered it as she is recovering from spinal surgery and any time we go to the physio she makes a B line for their bed-so we ordered the same. It's fairly heavy, possibly as we have the extra large-but she is very happy with it. It's like having a mini roundabout in the living room!!!! Dimensions are spot on, my miscaluculation.
