“A well made sturdy crate in a smart black finish. With two doors, one on the side and one on the end of the with easy access. Ideal for our Border Terrier pup. Would definitely recommend.”

“This is a strong sturdy item, and am very pleased with the crate. However I ordered and paid for this crate on the Sunday and very quickly received an email confirming by invoice processed. My money had been taken so assumed order would be on its way, on the Tuesday I called and was informed the crate wasn’t actually in stock and was due in the following day, how very wrong to take money for an item that wasn’t even in the store. It did arrive on the Thursday but strongly believe you should not take money for items that are waiting to arrive, as you will also see I’ve been asked to review a free monkey toy which didn’t arrive even though my invoice clearly states it’s being shipped and in stock like I’ve said on that review it’s a lucrative industry and shan’t be buying form this company again feel I was very mislead”

Your order was processed and passed to the warehouse on Monday as stated in the email confirmation mentioned in your review. As you ordered on a Sunday and received your crate on the Thursday, your order was processed, packed, dispatched and delivered within 4 working days. This is within our standard delivery estimate of 3-5 working days which you chose at checkout. I am sorry to hear you did not receive your free gift and would have sent you out the missing toy had you contacted us to let us know.
