Seat could be more comfortable, straps on pedals very stiff. However, it's been a brilliant way for us (aged 72 & 73) to maintain our fitness as we've been unable to go to the gym. I appreciate the way it monitors the distance, calories used etc. Overall very happy with it.

Well made and excellent value for money. Between us, my wife and I use it for an average of 3 hours a day and it has been worth its weight in gold since lock-down, Areas for improvement: 1. Assembly instructions - it would have been clearer if the order of assembly was indicated. Also, a link to videos showing how to do the difficult bits would help. 2. The seat was comfortable at first but has become less so - maybe it's become compressed. We find a pillow helps. 3. The pedal straps are very difficult to put on and adjust because the slots are so inflexible. Leather would help. 4. We use a laptop to play virtual bike ride videos but the bike's control screen makes positioning it very difficult - the control unit is very bulky and so obscures anything positioned in front of the bike. So we have the laptop alongside the control screen but it's difficult to both sit properly and avoid neck twisting. If the bike's controls and display were to the side or on an app, a laptop or monitor could be positioned in front of the bike with much greater ease.

The Bike is Extremely well thought out. It is really solid, and doesn't suffer, as some are known to do, with creaks, wobbling, or moving around. The whole thing is really stable and rock solid in construction. It was simplicity itself to assemble at home. It's very, very comfortable, with excellent adjustability both in the seat position (which locates solidly and easily) and the seat back which can tilt to suit your favoured seating position. The mechanism is utterly silent in operation, and there's plenty of resistance levels to suit all abilities in my opinion. It looks great, works brilliantly, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone I tried quite a few different machines in bricks and mortar stores, before deciding on the RB-4i, and it beats all of them hands down (And some of them were twice the price!)
