“This is my first exercise bike so I'm an absolute beginner. It was pretty easy to put together, all tools necessary to assemble it were provided with the bike. It seems very solidly built and is very smooth and quiet in operation, for me the resistance levels are fine. The heart rate monitor seems a bit hit and miss using the contacts on the handlebars, but an uncoded chest monitor I bought works well with the bike.
One area I felt could be improved would be to add more detail to the operating instructions, for example, I found that if the target heart rate is exceeded for some period of time, then the units emits multiple beeps and the countdown timer stops. This is not mentioned and took me a little while before I realised the timer had stopped, and the start button just needs to be pressed again.
Overall though, the bike performs well and I am very happy with my purchase.”
