The console of the DKN AM-5i ergo exercise bike enables the user to choose from 12 professionally designed programmes, use heart rate control zone and Watt training, as well as store individual key data for workout personalization. It is equipped with the intuitive intelli-key lighting system and adapted to show you what zone to train in. Heart rate with this high quality machine can be measured with the hand grip sensors and for the ultimate accuracy you can use a chest strap (not included) with the built-in wireless receiver. The DKN-Motion application offers classic programme options such as manual control, programmed runs, endurance, warm-up or calorie-burn and additional programmes such as Watt Control, Target Heart Rate training and Personal Coaching. It also allows the user to design, and program the workout routine and store up to 12 customised user profiles with workout data. “The bike arrived within two days of order with no issues. Instructions on assembly were clear and took about 30 mins to assemble. The result was a very solid, sturdy machine. Using the bike is very straight forward and the preset programs easy to follow. I am almost 16st and found the bike to be very secure whilst riding and, after some slight adjustment to the saddle, comfortable to ride and remarkably quiet. The pre-programmed workouts provide great variety and will be able to cater to a broad range of fitness/abilities. This exercise bike has given me exactly what I was looking for. A good solid machine that can provide a variety of challenging workouts and excellent value for money. I would strongly recommend to anyone looking for their first exercise bike or for those looking to maintain reasonable levels of fitness.”

“Does the job nicely, good looking piece of kit, good choice of preset options for a session on the bike, and am pleased with it. The saddle is enormous so have not been able to get a gel seat cover to add to it that is a good fit, but what i got is fine - almost fitting.”

“Assembly of the bike was a breeze and led to a really solid feeling platform. I particularly like the smooth and quiet flywheel mechanism. No whirring noises or jerky take-offs. It is also fairly easily moved once you get the hang of balancing the weight of the bike over the front wheels. What's not to like? Maybe just the lack of a water bottle holder but this is not fatal!”
