“Bought this tap to replace an existing one which had the whole top pipe snap off at the base after 3 years. Would have claimed under warranty through the house builders but during Covid easier to just buy a new one and have it fitted. New one arrived, fitted, and noticed as soon as the plumber had left that the top pipe is bent/twisted at the base where it connects to the main tap body... not noticeable when the spout is turned to one side or the other but very noticeable when facing forward. Would not buy this make of tap, shockingly bad quality!”
