“I purchased this item months ago and DKB Elegance passed it to Parcelforce to deliver. Parcelforce have still not delivered it. DKB Elegance have not been helpful in resolving this. I have spent hours on the Parcelforce phone line trying to track this item down. It is very distressing. I will not purchase anything from this company again.”
