“Lovely quick delivery half the original price, fantastic when fitted. My husband and I had a very difficult time when fitting it, the instructions consisted of just pictures no instructions. We found more detailed instructions on you tube but still had a puzzled understanding of how to fit it.”

“Decent quality toilet seat, very easy to install. Only problem is there is some 'play' in the lid, which results in a very noisy rubbing sound after opening & closing several times. This is remedied by readjusting the lid (with a slight push), but after several uses the rubbing noise returns. A minor inconvenience, but an annoyance nonetheless. As for the supplier (DKB), I couldn't fault them. Order was dispatched very quickly, at a very reasonable price, and arrived within a day or so. Excellent customer service all round, and will definitely use again.”
