“Whilst this is a very effective extractor, it is in no way ‘super silent’. It’s really noisy. I was put in touch with someone to discuss what could be done and when I raised the issue of the noise - way above the decibel count they give it - I was told that my bathroom echoed and that was the problem. Hmmm. All bathrooms have hard surfaces which echo! He said the decibel level was measured in a lab, so wasn’t applicable in a bathroom. Not very impressive. I was directed to order a different extractor but not offered an exchange.”

“Our apartment had these fitted in the en-suit and bathroom when we moved in 6 years ago. Very quiet and efficient (we have a 4 metre ducting and this unit performed very well. So obviously when the original one started to vibrate a little replace with exactly same unit. DKB Elegance are also easy to do business with. Prompt delivery and updated information, item arrived within 48 hours.”
