“The fan is great. Just what I wanted. However, why don't you offer spares for this unit? All I really needed was a new Eltek thermo activator. I have since ordered one from Italy direct from Eltek, so I have a fully working spare unit now. If you offered the spare part on your website I would have bought it from you (as I suspect would many others)”

Thank you for your feedback. We do sell spares but we don’t show then in the online shop as there are too many to list. For future reference, anyone wanting spare parts can enquire by telephone.
