“The stove itself is ok - the handle and defra plate missing from the delivery, but still not resolved as the incorrect handle was subsequently sent out. I understand that it was just before Christmas but have yet to receive any correspondence from Direct Stoves regarding this.”

Thank you for your review. We were sorry to hear of the issues experienced with this order, and for any inconvenience.
As you will be aware, the problem with the door handle has been reported to the supplier and we are awaiting a further response. Unfortunately, because of the very high volume of customer queries over and since the Christmas period, response times have been somewhat extended - please rest assured that we are doing our best to try and resolve any complaints within a timely manner.
